Terms & Conditions (or Return and Refund Policy per website)
If you purchased products from Cumberland Candies and there is an issue with your product, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund or exchange if we are notified within 30 days. Refunds will not be able to be considered and no exchanges will be granted if you have not contacted us within 30 days of your purchase.
Cumberland Candies stands behind the quality of our products and our products have been created with the highest quality ingredients on the market including sourcing high quality cannabinoids from lab tested facilities. Please keep in mind the effectiveness of a product is not a valid reason for a refund due to the nature of cannabinoids as cannabinoids affect everyone differently.
Should your product arrive damaged, you must notify us the day of product arrival by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
The email must contain the following information:
· Order Number in the subject line
· Photo of the product in question
· Photo of the packaging slip
· Description of what occurred
Upon receipt of this information, we will begin the review process to make a determination. The review process can take up to 5 business days (possibly longer depending on the specifics of the issue) to complete. Failure to provide the requested information may result in a denial of your request.
In the event of damaged products, instructions on return shipping may be provided depending on the options available to us. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING BEFORE COMMUNICATING SHIPPING DETAILS WITH US.
All refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the circumstances of the event.
Cumberland Candies retain the right to deny any refund for any reason. Cumberland Candies also retain the right to deny service or sales to any person(s), business, or entity for any reason including but not limited to suspicion of fraudulent behavior.
Cumberland Candies reserves the right to modify this program at any time without notice.
